Good morning Astro Babes! And a magical New Moon in Aquarius to you. I know I had said I’d get the Aquarius collective reading out during our first week of Aquarius season, but alas I’m still learning how to juggle new full-time work, readings, life, mental health and writing love letters to the stars. SoContinue reading “Aquarius New Moon: The Hierophant”
This Friday December 3rd at 11:42 PM (PST), we arrive not only at the New Moon in Sagittarius, but also a total solar eclipse. This will not only be our final eclipse of the eclipse season, but also our final eclipse of the Gemini/Sagittarius nodal axis. Moving forward the Nodes of Fate will shift, andContinue reading “New Moon in Sagittarius Solar Eclipse: Decentralized Power & Multiple Truths”
Hello astro babes! Wowzers, a lot of potent magical windows and doors were opened this past week: Mars entered Scorpio; we welcomed the darkest moon of the year, with the Scorpio New Moon; timelines collapsed for the cross-quarterly holiday of Samhain; and for my Mexican and Central American kin we danced with the Ancestors, asContinue reading “Scorpio New Moon: Ancestral Connection & Healing Lineages Ritual”

Tonight at 7:31 PM PST, we arrive at the Aries New Moon. Energetic and open Aries energy is the divine spark of creation; the life force that awakens the cherry blossoms bloom, the life force that inspires us to move, act and do. We arrive at the Aries New Moon ready for change, or at least ready to accept that change has come, even if we feel ill equipped to meet it.
On this Pisces New Moon, we are invited to wade through the waters of our own internal wetlands. The wetlands remind us we needn’t fear stagnation, that certain processes, such as grief and goodbyes, are meant to be slow, meandering and nonlinear.
As we reach Aquarius season our days slowly but surely are getting longer, as winter’s darkness begins to break. The bulk of the dying season is behind us, and we are reminded of the sweet tastes of life. The waxing light touches our awareness, as it does the barren trees, illuminating both our internal and external landscapes. We can see further and with more clarity than we’ve been able to for some time, as we integrate the experiences and lessons of our time spent in hibernation.
